AJG / Brand Uplift & Digital Transformation
Gallagher needed digital design support across a broad transformation effort: global landing pages, campaign experiences, embedded modules, and interactive content that had to feel modern while still respecting enterprise brand, compliance, and CMS realities.
My work focused on creating usable patterns inside a complex ecosystem. I helped turn static brand direction into responsive components, clearer customer pathways, and interactive campaign tools, including a flood awareness quiz built in Ceros for marketing and compliance stakeholders.
Challenge
The Problem
Gallagher's digital transformation needed more than refreshed visuals. The UX challenge was to create consistency across brands, regions, campaign moments, and regulated content without making the system feel rigid or generic.
- Modernize global landing page patterns while preserving clear paths across regions, services, and audiences
- Create reusable templates for different sub-brands and campaign needs under the Gallagher umbrella
- Design interactive content like quizzes and assessments that balanced engagement, clarity, and compliance
- Reduce friction for internal teams managing content across CMS, Ceros, Ion, and campaign platforms
- Document patterns in a way that supported UX heuristics, WCAG/ADA expectations, and stakeholder review
Objectives
Project Goals
- Create scalable landing page templates that could flex across brands, regions, and campaign contexts
- Improve UX consistency by translating brand direction into reusable digital modules
- Turn static concepts into interactive, embeddable HTML/CSS components for real CMS environments
- Build Ceros experiences that made complex insurance topics more approachable and easier to act on

Stat Carousel Concepts
These carousel concepts explore how Gallagher's higher education story could become more modular, visual, and reusable across campaign pages. The layouts pair large proof-point typography with image-led context, keeping the interaction simple enough for marketing teams to adapt across audiences.

Approach
Design Process
-
01 Research & Content Audit
- Reviewed Gallagher's global sitemap and audited regional differences in navigation, legal copy, and service offerings
- Worked with stakeholders to define audience paths, content priorities, and campaign success signals
-
02 Pattern Design
- Designed high-fidelity landing page concepts and reusable content zones in Sketch and XD
- Defined interaction patterns for hero units, calls to action, dropdowns, embedded modules, and campaign entry points
- Built interactive quiz logic in Ceros using visual scripting, HTML/CSS, and responsive layout thinking
-
03 Handoff & Governance
- Used Zeplin and annotated specs to clarify layout, spacing, typography, and component behavior for development
- Documented Ceros builds so internal marketing teams could understand, edit, and reuse interactive patterns
-
04 QA & Implementation
- Embedded final components directly into CMS environments using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Checked accessibility, responsive integrity, interaction behavior, and platform constraints across deliverables
